Essential oils which are extracts from plants and herbs are used through massage to alleviate a wide variety of conditions. A specific blend of oils will be chosen which is specific to the clients individual needs.  The aromatherapist will after a consultation chose a blend of essential oils to treat the body as a whole.  The oils are massaged gently into the skin and the aroma of the blend can be enjoyed to aid the treatment.  The massage is very gentle soothing and relaxing and creates a body mind and spirit experience.
